HGTV has taught me about staging. It's not really what you have. It's more about how you present it. So instead of having a 14 yr old fake tree in my living rom, I have a vintage tree. And I don't have old cheap handmade ornaments. I have handcrafted family heirlooms. And they are not chaotic or mismatched. They are an eclectic mix.
